Answer: Fault reason:

1.The ambient temperature is low.

2.There are many soft fire combustion processes.

3.Gas has a high oxygen content and a high peroxide content generates water.

4.Chimney is longer than enough.

5. Low smoke emission temperature.

Troubleshooting:

Reduce the boiler temperature.
